Provided you have purchased a couple's will, your partner won’t need to pay again.
If your partner is seeing a prompt to pay, it means your accounts have not been successfully linked.
Work through the following steps to check your accounts are linked:
- Log into your account
- Go to Account settings
- Select Invite
- Check the email address you added for your partner is correct.
- Update their email address if it’s not correct.
- Ask your partner to save their progress, and log out of their account, and log back in.
The accounts will now be linked.
